Thursday 8th March is International Women’s Day and we’re celebrating on Calon FM. Our female volunteers will be taking over the airwaves for the day!

From 9am – till late, we’ll have an all female line up, bringing you some great shows and playing some amazing female artists.

Over the years we’ve had some wonderful women involved with Calon FM, presenting everything from business, health, specialist music, sports and Welsh language as well as helping out behind the scenes. Did you know the station is even managed by 2 women. This year, we’re celebrating our current line up – with shows from a few special guests too.
