About the show
Gareth Joy rounds up the weekend’s action from around the area, including Wrexham’s Blue Square Premier fortunes, results from the Huws Gray Alliance & the Welsh National League and the latest on our local rugby teams – Wrexham and Rhos. Plus, the stories and the people making the national headlines with reports and interviews from our colleagues at IRN.
About Gareth
With a keen eye on what’s happening around North Wales, Flintshire-born Gareth spent two years covering local news in the Llandudno area and found time to work at Calon as a technical operator and announcer before rejoining the station to work on Welsh programming. Away from the mic, Gareth is also sports correspondent for the community TV website Tudno TV and often indulges in writing a little poetry – but that’s another story!
